Welcome to Sacredly Rooted Wellness. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website (sacredlyrootedwellness.com) and any services, programs, sessions, products, or content offered through it. By accessing this site or engaging any of its services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its offerings.

Sacredly Rooted Wellness is operated by Chloé McNally, based in Austin, Texas. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Sacredly Rooted Wellness. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing this site or engaging any service offered.

1. Eligibility

The services and content offered through Sacredly Rooted Wellness are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this site or purchasing any service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Services

Sacredly Rooted Wellness offers educational and supportive services in the area of holistic health, including but not limited to: 1:1 coaching containers, group programs, the Foundation Session, the Rooted Reset 1:1 programs, and the Rooted Reset Group Cleanse. All services are described in detail on the relevant pages of this website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active clients.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. By purchasing any service, you agree to pay the full price stated at the time of enrollment, including any applicable payment plan terms. Payment plans, once initiated, must be completed in full according to the schedule agreed upon at enrollment.

If a scheduled payment fails, you will be notified and given a reasonable window to update your payment method. Continued failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

4. Refunds and cancellations

The investment in any 1:1 or group container reflects the time, preparation, materials, and dedicated capacity reserved for you when you enroll. For this reason, the following policy applies:

Foundation Session ($300): May be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. The session credit may be applied toward another date within 30 days, after which it is forfeited.

1:1 containers (6-Week Rooted Reset, 12-Week Rooted Reset): Once enrolled and the container has begun, all payments are non-refundable. If extraordinary circumstances arise, please contact us directly so we can discuss appropriate accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Group programs (Rooted Reset Group Cleanse): A full refund is available if requested in writing within seven days of enrollment, provided the program has not yet begun. Once the program has started, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment plans: Initiating a payment plan constitutes a commitment to the full payment schedule. Stopping mid-plan does not constitute cancellation of the program, and the remaining balance remains owed.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within any service offered through Sacredly Rooted Wellness, including written materials, protocols, audio recordings, video content, methodologies, frameworks, and the Quantum Life Audit™ document, is the intellectual property of Chloé McNally and Sacredly Rooted Wellness or is used under license.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use any materials provided to you for your own personal healing and growth. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, screenshot for distribution, post on social media in full, share with third parties, or use any content or materials to build, train, or develop competing programs, products, or services.

6. Trademarks

The Quantum Life Audit™, the Rooted Reset, the Rooted Reset Group Cleanse, and Sacredly Rooted Wellness are trademarks of Chloé McNally. HMI Wellness® and QMBT® are registered marks of their respective owners and are used here under license through Chloé McNally's certification with those modalities.

7. User conduct

By engaging any service offered through Sacredly Rooted Wellness, you agree to:

  • Treat Chloé McNally, any contractors, and any group container participants with respect and discretion.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by another participant in a group container.

  • Not record, screenshot, or share any session content, group discussion, or private communication without explicit written consent.

  • Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared, or reschedule with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to end a coaching relationship at any time if these standards are not upheld, with refund terms determined according to the cancellation policy in section 4.

8. Disclaimer

The services and content offered through Sacredly Rooted Wellness are educational and supportive in nature, not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Chloé McNally is not a licensed physician, dietitian, psychologist, or mental health professional. Nothing offered through this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chloé McNally and Sacredly Rooted Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of this site or any service offered, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, or any decisions you make based on the content or guidance provided.

You agree that the total liability of Chloé McNally and Sacredly Rooted Wellness, in any case, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chloé McNally, Sacredly Rooted Wellness, and any contractors or representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site or its services will first be addressed through good-faith communication directly with us. If a resolution cannot be reached, any remaining dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or any service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
